Perfect unopened undamaged box with no stickers or writing.
B grade
Unopened box with 1 or 2 cosmetic imperfections on it such as minor writing, dented corner or sticked label.
C grade
Unopened box with 3 or more cosmetic imperfections: might have a whole in it, more mailing labels, lots of writing, torn skin but the product inside is intact and sealed.
D grade
Opened box but the product inside is sealed.
